There are places like Vancouver,BC,Canada that have a lively community that offers support. But the problem also lays on Ubuntu Pre-installed hardware. We see more people having issues with unrecognized hardware than OS features. Also there are a subset of people that think running ubuntu on e.g. Intel Pentium 3 or Celeron pc's will make them at par with new pc's.
