I have the same problem, and my torrent file does have a apostrophe on one file
name.
Furthermore, deleting the corresponding torrent in the ktorrent download list
leads to a similar message :

Qt: Warning: QObject::disconnect: Unexpected null parameter
Qt: Warning: QObject::disconnect: Unexpected null parameter
Qt: Warning: ASSERT: "it.node != node" in /usr/share/qt3/include/qvaluelist.h
(301)
KCrash: Application 'ktorrent' crashing...

After manual deletion of the download directory, a second message
appears during the crash :

Qt: Warning: QObject::disconnect: Unexpected null parameter
Qt: Warning: QObject::disconnect: Unexpected null parameter
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ Qt: Warning: ASSERT: "it.node != node" in
/usr/share/qt3/include/qvaluelist.h (301)
KCrash: Application 'ktorrent' crashing...

The corresponding Kcrash log is attached.

** Attachment added: "Kcrash log after intending to delete a torrent from the
list."
