Hello, Maraschin. This is a design decision by Unity to have an already-
opened application take focus once a user clicks on it. In order to open
another instance of the application you can do a multitude of things:

1) Middle-click on the icon to create a new instance of the program
2) Right-click on the icon of the program for a quicklist (often times there is 
an option for a new window)
3) Use the program's menu dialogues in order to open a new instance of the 
program.

Thank you for your report! But, as I stated before, this is intentional
design. As such, this report will be closed.
