** Description changed:

Using unity-2d on Precise, with dual head system, after suspend/resume I
find about 50% of the time that only the external monitor is enabled.
The mouse will only move on that display and the launcher is shown on
that display when before suspend it was on the laptop display.
Furthermore I cannot re-enable the laptop display using System Settings
- > Displays. I have to reboot in order to re-activate it.
+ > Displays (the laptop shows as Off, and if I enable it it shows On but
+ does not in fact come on). I have to reboot in order to re-activate it.
