The problem is an incorrect dependency in the Packages files on the automatix server... Deleting the /var/lib/apt/lists/www.getautomatix .com_apt_dists_feisty_main_binary-i386_Packages then doing a sudo apt- get update should fix the problem. Closing this bug.
