I am trying the Ubuntu Daily ISO (20/2/2012) and I notice that the WiFi is not
working.
Upon inspection, rfkill reports:

So, acer-wmi.ko was loaded though it was not required for this Sony laptop.
Therefore, I run
rmmod acer-wmi
and instantly the WiFi worked.
Is it possible to blacklist acer-wmi for this Sony laptop (or a range of
Sony laptops)?
