Public bug reported:

I have Thunderbird with Ligtning. I've added a reminder.

I was reading a page in Firefox (maximized) when the reminder would
appear. This causes the main Thunderbird window (also maximized) to be
visible instad of Firefox, with the reminder dialog focused. I would
expect this. I then chose to snooze and the dialog disappeared. The
Thunderbird window was still visible, so I pressed super+2 in order to
return to Firefox. Nothing happened. This is because Firefox already had
focus even if the Thunderbird window was visible.

Confusing behavior.
