I confirm that on an Asus EeePC 1005 PE, I see the Unity "drag handles"
appear on the foreground window spontaneously when the system resumes
from suspend.

Besides this the system works normally but these round pink handles
won't disappear until the window is closed.

I have since discovered that a "3 fingers tap" on my machine's touch pad
will cause these handles to disappear after 2-3 seconds (3-fingers tap
on the touchpad on any window causes them to appear and stay for 2-3
seconds, on widows where they are "stuck on", it turns them off after
such a delay).

It's anyway a bug that deserves a fix, for they appear as resume (they
shouldn't) and the user may have no clue (as I had) about how to remove
them...
