Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.20-16-generic

Since upgrading from linux-image-2.6.20-15-generic 2.6.20-15.27 to
linux-image-2.6.20-16-generic 2.6.20-16.28, booting fails because
cryptsetup is unable to open the crypted devices. No error message when
running "/etc/init.d/cryptsetup start", just nothing happens.

When trying to mount /home, booting stops, because the mapper device
doesn't exist.

** Affects: linux-source-2.6.20 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
