Public bug reported: Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.20-16-generic
Since upgrading from linux-image-2.6.20-15-generic 2.6.20-15.27 to linux-image-2.6.20-16-generic 2.6.20-16.28, booting fails because cryptsetup is unable to open the crypted devices. No error message when running "/etc/init.d/cryptsetup start", just nothing happens. When trying to mount /home, booting stops, because the mapper device doesn't exist. ** Affects: linux-source-2.6.20 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- booting fails after kernel upgrade https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/117300 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
