And, how i could add --no-log parameter to the kernel in order to have a temporary workaround to the issue? My environment passes parameters to the kernel via "kboot.conf". I have no bootloader installed, kernel also is loaded via kboot.conf. I can also add that with Oneiric I never had this issue and Ubuntu was working just fine.
