Public bug reported: It *seems* if you start FF under the "right" proxy settings then things work, if however you change the system proxy settings FF does not pick up the change. And it should. So, for example, I am at work, wake from hibernation, set proxy, go to FF, and all I get is "Unable to Connect".
I'll try with safe mode and update the report if it goes away, but I don't think it's going to... Hope that's all you need...
