@Helge Jung When I got this crash, I wasn't explicitly configuring a printer either. But it went away when I booted the live CD (and entered a desktop session) with the printer disconnected (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/colord/+bug/827934/comments/12). If you disconnect all your printers (and scanners), does that make the problem go away? Also, is this happening to you on an installed system or on a live CD?
