Public bug reported:

Under x86_64 systems, some proprietary packages like skype depend on
32-bit libraries referred by names like lib32gcc1 and lib32stdc++6 . Now
that we have multiarch, would it be reasonable to make libgcc1:i386
provide lib32gcc1, and libstdc++6:i386 - lib32stdc++6 ? Or woud it be
better to convince Skype developers to repacke their package with up-to-
date dependencies list ?

** Affects: gcc-4.6 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
