This affects me too on 11.10 and 12.04.  In both cases I have a fully
working IPv6 stack configured by RADVD on my router (OpenWRT) as well as
a fully working IPv4 stack configured by DHCP.

No IPv6 details are shown in the network manager "Connection
Information" GUI.
