Joseph thanks your advice but I tried http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.3-rc1-precise/ ---> this kernel and the problem still exist. I hibernate the laptop, but when I turn it on, it boot like I've shutted it down. I'll wait for other idea's how can I fix it.
