Public bug reported: Since today, balance control in gnome-volume-control gives weird results with headphones : - whith centered balance, sound is far away, and only few instruments can be heard (ex : no voice, no bass, only drums and back voices) - while left or right adjusted, the volume stays equal in both speakers of the headphone. The sound is different from middle position : the voices are here, the instruments heard are different ones (no battery but bass is here), and the whole sound looks likes a mono sent to both speakers...
