I agree that there must be some decent fonts available in Ubuntu out of the box but I dont think that ttf-pakType are any decent fonts to view Urdu webpages. They are not fully compatible with standards and doesn't contain several characters for Urdu. Instead, I would strongly recommend Nafees Web Naskh.

Still, I think that Crulp's license is not compatible with Ubuntu philosophy which is no problem at all since the license allow us to modify and rename the file to distribute it with some other name not containing words Nafees or Crulp.
