I would be happy to try the new packages if I had a file that I know I
could reproduce this issue on.  I have not the foggiest what file I was
using when I originally hit this bug.

Unfortunately the "ProcCmdline:" in the original apport report reveals
that the file was being fed on stdin.  Seems like some more useful
information could be in the apport report, like where the file
descriptors of the crashing process were and if they are pipes, some
information from the other end of the pipe, like it's process
information and file descriptor dump, etc.
