The problem happens when sending mail from any mail client with attachment or
lager text inside and only to one mail service.
I have Gmail account also and have no problem sending mail.
Other Windows machines in the network have no problem sending mail to any
provider, so I am excluding router misconfiguration which was the reason for
making bug #397596 invalid.
Error is "DATA command failed: Connection timed out"
