I got this when trying to configure <Control><Alt><Shift>t as the
shortcut for "gnome-terminal --command [...]" in the "Commands" plugin.
For some reason, <Control> gets changed to <Primary> (??) whether one
tries to grab the combo or add the modifiers using the buttons. I also
tried editing the string directly to no avail. At some point in this
process this error came up (twice).
