The boot loader gets installed on a whole drive, not a partition.  On
the installer partitioning screen, you need to choose to install the
boot loader to /dev/mapper/isw_gbbhbfiji_Volume0.  Please let me know if
this works.

gparted first as it seemed the partition editor in the install wasn't doing 
anything. During hte install I chose the partitions I had created and started,
