Public bug reported: Hi,
I'm not entirely sure whether this really is a sensible idea, but I'll let you be the judge of it. I just stumbled over this while trying to understand the Xession startup process and this seemed off for the variables to be pointing to non-existent files. If this is intended or even needed ignore this suggestion. I am referring to the file gconf/debian/70gconfd_path-on-session. I am attaching a diff with commented changes I propose, do note however I do not have knowledge of the inner workings of gconf. :) Cheers. ** Affects: gconf (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/914102 Title: Suggestion: do not set gconf env vars to non-existing files To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gconf/+bug/914102/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
