The easiest way would propably be to just call initct[1][2] with some
meaningful parameters after the (u-)mount is successful, eg.

initctl emit ecryptfs-mounted-private USER=$USER MOUNTPOINT=$MOUNTPOINT
SOMEKEY=$SOMEVALUE
