I see slightly different behaviour. Settings reset on every log out, but not on suspend/unsuspend. And not all settings seem to reset. The only one that I notice that resets is the touchpad speed setting on the speed tab. After log in, if I tweak the speed setting a little, it kicks in immediately.
This is in 11.04, on various Thinkpads: a Thinkpad W510, Thinkpad x120e, and a Thinkpad T41. I haven't noticed this in the version of gpointing- device-settings that comes with 10.04. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/771252 Title: settings are lost after reboot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gpointing-device-settings/+bug/771252/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
