I've installed the rc6 kernel from the mainline build, I'll try it today. I haven't' been able to get the header packages to install from that repo though.
I get the following: $ sudo dpkg -i linux-headers-3.2.0-030200rc6-generic_3.2.0-030200rc6.201112162235_amd64.deb (Reading database ... 264853 files and directories currently installed.) I've been doing some development, and over the last few days all I get is an unresponsive black screen when I try to run programs that worked last week. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/903010 Title: Kernel BUG at i915_gem.c:1952 causing lock up To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/903010/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
