  System failure NO BOOT. error message Bios block 3 damaged. No access to cd 
or bios setup or usb. Laptop Toshiba Portege 4010. Latest version Ubuntu 9.10 
arrived in mail last week from Ubuntu.Desktop Edition.D6156:1 Followed setup up 
instrauctions to install....seemed to go ok. On reboot.....error message Bios 
block 3 damaged on black screen. Considering removing battery to reset bios to 
default if that is possible.....?????????
