I have the same issue (same stack trace in dmesg).
When the share becomes inaccessible (my home router crashes often) most apps 
hang indefinitely (including plasma desktop).
There remains a lock active and I cant't even unmount the share until I kill 
the app that initially accessed the (unavailable) cifs share.
