Public bug reported: Apache does not start upon system boot. I am unable to find any Apache errors during boot - all /var/log/apache2/error.log* files are either empty or contain old entries only. When I invoke sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 start from the command line, apache starts successfully and works correctly.
