We are having trouble with the news feed. the guy that set this up no longer
works for us, so i am having to figure this out myself as well as learn Ubuntu.
There are two things happening the first is in Screenshot1.png and
Screenshot4.png. whereas every morning and afternoon an error box appears, once
I click the box the news feed then loads up.
The second is in Screenshot2.png whereas no news feed is on show I have to
bring up the panel and click maximise as per Screenshot3.png.
