Minor changes from debian including a build-depends on libcurl4. The
Ubuntu changes that were kept are:
- Use ${Source-Version} in dependencies to ease backporting (LP: #95002).
- Use ${source:Upstream-Version} rather than ${Source-Version}
- Set maintainer to Ubuntu MOTU Developers
The merged package built fine in a gutsy pbuilder
