I haven't seen this bug for more than one week. I have done what I have promised in my post #39 - changed PowerMizer Performance Level from deafault "Adaptive" to "Prefer Maximum Performance". Next week I will run my computer with "Adaptive" returned back. Btw, I have not installed patch provided by Gwendal LE BIHAN.
