Is there any follow up bug report to this? I just tested on a fully up- to-date Ubuntu 11.10 and this problem still persists. Launcher shows an indication of three windows with a question mark icon and hover over says "panel" for any and all SFML Window based applications. With and without the compiz crash handler plugin I checked and it's still not producing anything in /var/crash/ (even tried enabling hidden files.) The only output that is produced is when I open up a terminal tab and do unity --replace and then right click on the sfml window icon in the launcher and hit quit... the terminal says, "WARN 2011-12-10 18:49:50 glib.gdk <unknown>:0 compiz: Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server :0."
This effects a couple of games in the Ubuntu Software centre, namely Atom Zombie Smasher... The demo is also effected by it. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/833435 Title: Unity crashs when quitting a SFML application To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/833435/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
