I don't think a fix is coming any time soon. Upstream is focusing on pdns 3.0 which is not in Ubuntu yet, but it is in Debian unstable. When it hits Debian testing, it could be brought over to Ubuntu and backported all the way to Hardy. I'm also running a self-backported version. You are welcome to use the package from my PPA if you like.
https://launchpad.net/~cemc/+archive/pdns Can you give me a clear case on how to reproduce this so we can mark this bugreport as confirmed? Thanks. ** Changed in: pdns (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/397713 Title: PowerDNS crashes under heavy load To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pdns/+bug/397713/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
