This message box appears.

Failed to download package files. Check your Internet connection.

This is not an Internet problem as the package will download using SUDO
in terminal. Thought possible that firestarter was blocking but
uninstalled and made no difference. Don't know if this is a bug or not
but using report a problem only has one option.
