So, I don't know how to download and run the specific kernel you want. I am able, though, to create a live CD of 12.04 located here: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/precise/alpha-1/ I selected the PC (Intel x86) iso and will burn it with Unetbootin. Please advise if this is ok. I simply am not a programmer and most of this is greek to me; I don't mind helping I just don't know how to do what you want.
