** Description changed:

  Launching Firefox (from the KDE panel) sporadically causes a kernel Oops 
(Null pointer dereference) in drm_debugfs_remove_files (output is attached).
  The system continues to run, and after returning to the desktop session by 
switching away from the vt and back again, Firefox is actually running.
  
  EDIT: The bug appears since the upgrade to oneiric, both with Firefox 7
  and now 8.
