Well, just do NOT request a check at boot time, by NOT setting the last
field in the /etc/fstab line relative to your partition to 2.

>From "man fstab" : "If  the sixth field is not present or zero, a value
of zero is returned and fsck will assume that the filesystem does not
need  to be checked."
