Public bug reported: In natty and oneiric at least, after installing Gringotts ( http://apt.ubuntu.com/p/gringotts ) the application will not show up in the Unity dash, and it is not possible to associate .grg files with Gringotts using the usual GNOME dialogue. The only way to use this application is to launch it from Alt-F2 or a terminal, and open existing files from within it.
These problems can be attributed to the gringotts.desktop file, which is installed under /usr/share/applications. In particular, changing: Exec=gringotts TryExec= to Exec=gringotts -f %U TryExec=gringotts Categories=GTK;Utility;Security;TextEditor; makes the application integrate correctly with the desktop. In addition, it would be great if the installation automatically associated .grg files with the application, but I don't know how to go about that.
