I would like to mention that there's no OpenGL tearing (VSYNC works well) with 
NVIDIA. Moreover, some tearing problems with NVIDIA board while watching movies 
could be solved by disabling 'Redirect fullscreen windows' in compiz-settings 
which is equivalent to watching fullscreen movies with compositing disabled. 
This trick doesn't work on SandyBridge because video texture output doesn't 
sync to VBLANK.
