Sander, Could you please copy the exact "changes" you're referring to back in this bug (since bug 448095 is marked as a duplicate of this one here)? It would also make it a little easier to track down and sponsor. Any type of patch will do, if you have just an upstart script that's fine, and if you have a debdiff that's even better, but we can work basing on what's already available.
