Josef, there is no easycap module in the mainline kernelpackage! (I read in the CHANGES file, that many changes have been applied o the driver.)
Ok, I tested the linux-image-3.2.0-030200rc2-generic_3.2.0-030200rc2.201111151435_i386.deb Kernel from the mainline directory and even the daily built Kernel from today, but in both packages there is no easycap module. The kernels were booting without any problem. So, after plugging in the Easycap DC60, dmesg reported, that only the snd_usb_audio module was loaded.
