I did the update to Oneiric while still Beta, but recently I noticed that the behavior has changed (Perhaps this is since the upgrade): The bottom ones are active when not plugged in. If plugged in, none is active (which is correct). So now I only need to know how to re-enable the top ones, which previously worked (in 11.04).
Any help appreciated.
