Mouse: a4tech X-710F, double clicks started few days after fresh install of kubuntu 11.10 I couldn't find the solution, so I checked the mouse on 2 previous kubuntu releases where it used to work just fine - the bug was there too.
Finally I assumed this can be a hardware problem so I've desoldered my LMB and triple click button, switched them and soldered back.
