Hi Dave, Will do - sorry about the delay, your emails keep ending up in my spambox irrespective of me telling them not to go there!. xdiagnose is showing as already installed and I think it was installed when I ran apport previously. However, I will run it again and see what happens. Do I need to run xdiagnose first - if so, how?
