I am running Lucid (10.04) and I have the same issue. It was fine a few days ago. When started from the command line, I get the following errors:
** (avant-window-navigator:21645): DEBUG: Spawned awn-applet[21649] for "taskmanager.desktop", UID: 3, XID: 48234542 Warning in Weather: error in get_conditions: Couldn't parse conditions: list index out of range Reattempt (3 retries remaining) in 10 seconds Warning in Weather: error in get_forecast: Couldn't parse forecast: list index out of range Reattempt (3 retries remaining) in 10 seconds Warning in Weather: error in get_weather_map: Couldn't parse weather map Reattempt (3 retries remaining) in 10 seconds Warning in Weather: error in get_forecast: Couldn't parse forecast: list index out of range Reattempt (2 retries remaining) in 10 seconds I also tried the refresh option but this did not work either. I had already commented out the line #242 in weather.py but no joy. In the end I gave up and I am now using the ClearWeather screenlet instead. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/854117 Title: Weather applet stopped getting forecasts To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-weather/+bug/854117/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
