Hi, actually I'm not sure. I had again some problems that KDE was stuck at the splash screen after upgrading to Oneiric. But I'm not sure what the cause was this time. The nvidia-drivers were not removed during the upgrade if I remember correctly. After some fiddling around with the .kde folder I got KDE to start. Eventually I ended up doing a clean reinstall because more stuff (kontact/akonadi) was broken.
