Thanks Daniel for the PPA. I'm using unity=4.24.0-0ubuntu2b1vv1 and it's doing the job. Except for a little bug.
I have 2 monitors : one left and one front (the primary). In CCSM, i configured the "Hide Launcher" item to "Never" so that the launcher is always visible on the left of the front screen. Now, if I click (and hold 1 second) on an application icon of the launcher (in order to move it inside the launcher for example), then strangely, the icon smoothly moves to the left of the left screen. The icon come back to the launcher on the front screen whenever I move the mouse or I release the button.
