Updating of the firmware helped me too (on thinkpad edge e320) regarding
the 'wireless hard blocked' problem.

But, the problem I face now is activation of bluetooth. Before firmware
upgrade, I was able to turn it on with Fn+F9, but now it is impossible.
Even writing to thinkpad_acpi related files under /proc and /sys
('enable', '1') does not help.
