Binary package hint: cryptsetup
It seems, that somewhere in the Debian merge the udevsettle's vanished, even if
the changelog lists them as still being there.
As this seems a separate issue from the original issues leading to adding the
udevsettle I reported it in a separate bug.
Version in which the udevsettle arent anymore: 2:1.0.4+svn29-1ubuntu1

If wanted I can produce a patch, but I guess its easier to revert the
removal in svn...
