Hi, Thanks for the suggestion. Fortunately for me but unfortunately for looking into the problem, Shotwell is now opening and closing properly. I'm assuming that any output of this command will be useless without a hang or crash, so I'm not attaching anything for the moment. I'll post again if I have the problem again.
